Ongoing practice is the key.

Mindfulness Groups & Retreats

Weekly Mindfulness for Teachers

Staff members meet optionally 1-2 times per week after school for their own, personalized practice. We investigate different mindfulness techniques and themes, engage in rich discussion, and most importantly, keep our practices alive.

Caregiver Sessions

Working with families is a critical aspect to community wellness and integrating mindfulness more deeply. Children often naturally bring their classroom practices home. With caregiver sessions, parents and the important adults in a child's life can better understand how to apply mindfulness to their family dynamics, and how to help nurture the qualities of social-emotional wellbeing in their young ones.

Refresher Courses

A few times per term, it is recommended that educators revisit and build-on their previous practices as a whole-group. These can be offered at the beginning or as part of monthly administrative meetings, during a weekly team meeting, or in other designated PD times.

Full Day & Half-Day Retreats

Whether you are an educational institution, wellness organization, hotel, or private group, a personalized mindfulness retreat might be just what your community needs. Offering both full day and half-day options, it will be an opportunity to pause, rejuvenate, and get more deeply in touch with the world in and around us. Workshops are fully customizable by duration, topic, and number of participants.

Integration of additional wellbeing initiatives, such as mindful art, sound healing, and Tai Chi is also possible in collaboration with local practitioners, with no additional cost to you.
